Reimbursement policy and return
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same state as you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your declaration, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, invoice, etc.
Any article which has returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned article.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a certain period.
Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, this can take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often treatment time before a refund is posted.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only items at current prices can be reimbursed, unfortunately on sale items cannot be reimbursed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to Parisrhumclub@outlook.fr and send the article at 12 bis rue de Béziers 93150 Le Blanc Mésnil.
