Once your order is made at Coca Excellence & Cavas, you will receive a confirmation email for the following cases:
* Reception of the order and payment
* For any other email sent through the contact form, we guarantee you an answer within a maximum of 24 hours (in working hours from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.)
Delivery follow -up
The partner delivery company is Collissimo, to find out your order tracking number, you will have to put yourself in touch with us by email, at the following address: xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.fr indicating your personal references and your order number .

If a product is defective, you must point out to us in a maximum of 24 hrs depending on delivery using our contact form or by phone at: (+33) 66 18 19 981 In this case, Coca Excellence & Cavas will take its load the return shipping costs. On the other hand, if you wish to return a product in good condition, you will have to report it before by email or by phone (+33) 66 18 19 981, the shipping costs will then be your responsibility. The products will have to be returned in the same condition as you have received them and in their packaging. Once the return is made, our logistics department will revise it and once the return has been accepted, the amount of the order will be reimbursed.
The cases of return defective merchandise accepted are:
* The product has been delivered broken or damaged
* The product does not correspond to the command
* The equipment has undergone abnormal deterioration
In case the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you count with a period of 3 days to be able to do so. You must inform us about our customer service email by specifying your name, order number and return reason.
You will need to send the product to the same condition as you received, as well as any other promotional or gift material that could have been included. You can make the paid port or we can get it.
