Tasha Wine highlights the artisanal know-how of the Bordeaux winegrowers. Indeed, the harvests are made by hand, which allows to keep the entire juice of the raisins made: assembly of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Once the grapes are pressed, then start the second fermentation in the bottle as a result of the addition of the draw liquor made up of cane sugar and yeast. Following this process, natural bubbles are formed during breeding for minimum 9 months in the underground caves.
