The rules applied in normal times.
Once your order has been placed at Coca & Cavas, you will receive a confirmation email for the following cases:
* For any other email sent via the contact form, we guarantee a response within a maximum of 24 hours (during business hours Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
* We remind you that we can only process orders placed and paid for before 1 p.m. the same day.
* The product was delivered broken or damaged
* The product does not correspond to the order
* The material has suffered abnormal deterioration
If the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you have 15 days to do so. You must notify us at our Customer Service email: cocaexcellencecavas@gmail.com specifying your name, order number and reason for return.

For example, customers located in major cities will often benefit from shorter lead times, because our distribution centers are generally close to these areas. But even in remote areas, we do everything we can to reduce waits.
Flexible solutions for your returns
Because we know that there may be times when the product does not exactly meet your expectations, we also offer flexible return policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can therefore return it free of charge within a reasonable time. Rest assured: we cover all return costs, so you can order with confidence.
