Everything you need to know about delivery



The rules applied in normal times. 

Once your order has been placed at Coca & Cavas, you will receive a confirmation email for the following cases:
* Receipt of the order and payment
* For any other email sent via the contact form, we guarantee a response within a maximum of 24 hours (during business hours Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
* We remind you that we can only process orders placed and paid for before 1 p.m. the same day.
Shipping costs are free from 120 euros of purchases but only in France.
Returns :
The accepted cases of returning defective goods are:

* The product was delivered broken or damaged
* The product does not correspond to the order
* The material has suffered abnormal deterioration

If the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you have 15 days to do so. You must notify us at our Customer Service email: cocaexcellencecavas@gmail.com specifying your name, order number and reason for return.
You must send the product in the same condition as you received it, along with any other promotional materials or gifts that may have been included, the products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
You can send the return to the following address: Paris Rhum Club 12b rue de Béziers 93150 Le Blanc Mesnil, France postage paid or we can pick it up. The original shipping costs, as well as the cost of recovering the package (if we are the one picking it up), will be deducted from the refund. Any changes to the original condition of the product or lack of promotional materials will result in the refund being canceled.

Although we make every effort to ensure rapid delivery, delivery times may vary depending on your geographic location. For example, customers located in major cities will often benefit from shorter lead times, because our distribution centers are generally close to these areas. But even in remote areas, we do everything we can to reduce waits.

Flexible solutions for your returns

Because we know that there may be times when the product does not exactly meet your expectations, we also offer flexible return policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can therefore return it free of charge within a reasonable time. Rest assured: we cover all return costs, so you can order with confidence.
