Ingredients

  • ½ ounce of red vermouth,
  • 1 ½ ounce of Cubay Carta Blanca rum at Mulata Silver Dry
  • Drops Liqueur with Cubay Grenadine taste.  
  • Ice cream
  • 1 cherry
  • Orange peel

Preparation

All ingredients should be mixed in a composition glass. To serve the drink, we use a cocktail glass decorated and flavored with orange bark and cherry.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce of Havana Club Añejo Blanco Club
  • 1 ½ ounce of grapefruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Grenadine
  • Ice

Preparation

In the shaker, mix all the ingredients and serve in an 8 oz glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Half lemon juice
  • 1 oz rum mulata siver dry
  • 1 oz cocoa liqueur mulata
  • ICE

Preparation

Mix the sugar in the lemon juice, add the Carta Blanca Blanca rum, there cocoa liqueur cubay and ice. It is beaten and a cocktail glass is used to serve the drink.

Special Havana (Havana Special)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce of Havana Club Añejo Blanco Club
  • 1 ½ ounce of pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Marrasquino
  • Ice cream
  • 1 pineapple slice

Preparation

In the shaker, mix the pineapple juice, the Havana Club Añejo Blanco, The marasquin and the ice. Beat by hand and serve drained in a cocktail glass. Decorate with the pineapple slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz of Mulata Silver Dry rum or Cubay Carta Blanca
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Soda
  • "Hierba Buena" leaves
  • Ice

Preparation

Use a whiskey glass and dilute the sugar in lemon juice and a little soda.

Crush the peppermint stem without damaging the leaves to release the juice and add them.

Add the ice cubes and Cubay Carta Blanca rum And fill the soda glass. Mix and decorate with leaves from Hierba Buena.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce of Mulata Silver Dry rum or Cubay Carta Blanca rum

  • Refreshing cola
  • A few drops of lemon

Preparation

Use a glass of highball and mix the Cubay Carta Blanca, lemon drops, cola and ice cubes. Stir and decorate with the lemon slice.

Daiquiri with strawberry (Daiquirí Fresa)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mulata Silver Dry rum or Cubay Carta Blanca
  • 1 oz alcoholic drink cubay triple dry
  • 1 ounce of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • 5 strawberries
  • 5 ice cube

Preparation

Use a blender to mix sugar, lemon juice, triple dry cubay liqueur, carta blanca or mulata silver dry, strawberries and ice.

Beat until a velvety texture is obtained and serve in a frosted glass with sugar.

Cubanito

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of English sauce
  • 1 ice cube
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ ounce of Santiago rum of Cuba Carta Blanca
  • 5 ounces of tomato juice del real
  • 1 lemon slice

Preparation

Use a glass of 10 ounces and pour lemon juice, English sauce, ice, salt to your liking, Carta Blanca rum and del Real tomato. Stir and decorate with the lemon slice.

Note: the English sauce is prepared by beating 1 egg with 6 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 10 gr. Butter, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste. The preparation is cooked in a saucepan in a double boiler and agitated until a thick and frothy cream is obtained.

Pina Colada (Piña Colada)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce of Havana Club Añejo Blanco or Mulata Silver Dry rum
  • 1 ounce of coconut cream
  • 2 ounces of pineapple juice
  • ICE

Preparation

Use a blender to mix coconut cream, pineapple juice, Havana Club Añejo Blanco or Mulata Silver Dry rum and ice cubes.

Beat well before serving in a glass or cocktail glass.
