Delivery and feedback



The rules applied in normal times. 

Once your order is made at Coca & Cavas, you will receive a confirmation email for the following cases:
* Reception of the order and payment
* For any other email sent through the contact form, we guarantee you an answer within a maximum of 24 hours (in working hours from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.)
* We remind you that we cannot process the same day as orders placed and paid before 1 p.m.
The shipping costs are offered from 120 euros in purchases but only in France.
Feedback :
The cases of return defective merchandise accepted are:

* The product has been delivered broken or damaged
* The product does not correspond to the command
* The equipment has undergone abnormal deterioration

In case the product is in perfect condition and you wish to return it to us, you count with a period of 15 days to be able to do so. You must inform us about our customer service email: cocaexcellencecavas@gmail.com Specifying your name, order number and return pattern.
You will need to send the product to the same condition as you received, as well as any other promotional or gift material that could have been included, the products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Original shipping costs, as well as the cost of recovery of the package (if we are the one who passes it), will be deducted from the reimbursement. Any modification of the original state of the product or any lack of promotional equipment will lead to the cancellation of the reimbursement.
